Steinergroup provides first- and third-party management. Our aim is to work with owners to come up with goals to implement and meet on a portfolio or property basis. We recognize that different owners have different objectives, which is why we focus on what those are and create them together when working on an assignment.
Steinergroup uses its size to leverage vendor relationships to reduce costs. Steinergroup employs an inhouse maintenance and construction supervisor and an inhouse HVAC technican. This assists management in making long term property decisions, while not having to rely on contractors for their opinions.
Steinergroup provides first- and third-party maintenance services. Our technicians work both on properties that Steinergroup owns and manages, but also for third party clients such as Toppers Pizza.
